Our mandate
Between operating his physical store, customer service and daily roasting his coffee, Newland had a limited amount of free time to take care of his website. Knowing that the online sale of its products had a high potential for success, Newland called on us to remedy this problem.
Over the past months, we have been helping Newland manage and improve its Shopify e-commerce platform. As a result, the company's employees and managers can now focus on the most important aspects of their work and enjoy peace of mind when it comes to the digital aspect.
In addition to managing a large part of the e-commerce platform, we developed several custom modules to meet Newland's more specific needs that could not be handled directly in Shopify. Not only does this help make the micro-torrefactor's site more distinctive, it also enhances the shopping experience for its customers.
Finally, we are currently partnering with Newland to design and implement various tools that will allow the company to get to know its customers better and establish closer contact with them.
